Shipping Damage Policy

All sales are final, but please contact us in the event that your product arrived damaged.

At Sisters Creations LLC, we take great care in packaging your order. However, we understand that occasionally items may be damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, we’re here to help make it right.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is included in the shipment if shipped through USPS or UPS which covers up to $100 USD Declared value. If your purchase is over $100 you can choose the additional insurance option.

UPS:

$2.50 for every $100 above the standard declared value

USPS:

Reporting Damaged Items
To report shipping damage, please follow these steps:

  1. Buyer must Initiate a damage claim with the shipping company
    1. Please see the UPS site for how to File a Claim domestically (UPS Claims)
    2. Please see the USPS Claims (USPS Claims)
  1. You will be asked to Provide Supporting Documentation
  2. Do Not Discard the Item or Packaging
    Keep all original packaging and the damaged item until the claim has been completed. The carrier may require an inspection.
