Order Processing
Order processing for any cup that is not sold as a premade cup will be 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard UPS shipping insurance of $100 is included in the order. Please see UPS Claims Page (https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim)

USPS Priority, Priority Express and USPS Ground Advantage:

USPS shipping insurance of $100 is included in the order for the methods above.  Please see USPS Claims (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm)

For any order above the $100 value if you would like additional insurance please reach out to us at sisterscreationsllc@outlook.com and we can work with you to get this completed, additional charges will apply.

Shipping Options:

Shipping Costs are based on product size and weight of the entire order.

All orders are shipped depending on the best available rate and location which is chosen at checkout.

Shipping Times: Excludes Holidays and Weekends

Shipping times are at the discretion of the shipping company and Sisters Creations llc is not liable for shipments that arrive later then the expected shipping times provided by carrier.

USPS: 

  • Priority Mail Express - 2 Business Days 
  • Priority Mail - 1-3 Business Days  
  • USPS Ground Advantage - 3-5 Business Day

UPS:

  • UPS Ground - 1-5 Business Days
  • UPS Standard - 1- 7 Business Days
  • UPS 3 day select -  3 days from 
  • UPS Ground Saver -  2 - 7 Business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Confirmation:

For all deliveries, our shipping partners are required to provide photographic confirmation of delivery. This helps ensure your package is delivered to the correct location and provides verification in case of delivery disputes. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation photo with your order, please contact us.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, unforeseen delays with the carrier may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Please make sure your shipping address you provide is entered correctly; we will only ship to the address you have provided. If the package gets returned, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the package.

If the package is not delivered to you due to an incorrect address you have entered, We are not responsible for replacing the order.
